Hi Matt,

Please create a "Skybound X" set for just the five comics in the series (any correctly numbered comic 1-5 allowed into each slot).

There is already a "Skybound X" set which includes the variants here: https://comics.www.collectors-society.com/registry/comics/SetTypeDetail.aspx?SetTypeID=5388. I suggest that its name is adjusted to "Skybound X (Complete with Variants)". At present, it is not showing in the Comics Set Manager under "S", and I suggest this is corrected/added.

As (most of) you know, I LOVE lists. Especially TWD lists. Great job @Sensei Ryanand @BladeTXfor putting this one together.

I have a White and a Black label TWD #1, but not 9.9s. If I see any of the others, I'll be sure to let you know.

I bought a #19 and the X set of 5.

I keep reading the X Rick Grimes 2000 story, and keep coming back to my view that these are not a Walking Dead (Rick is a small-town cop who leads survivors in their apocalypse struggles) story. I love all things TWD, BUT X/2000 is a separate series, set in a different universe. In my opinion, they do not belong in the current TWD or TWDD Registry sets. Just like the forthcoming titles "Spider-Rick", "BatRick" and "Wonder (sex change) Rick". All separate sets...

Is there anyone out there collecting all issues, all variants, 2nd Prints, 1:25's, Foils, Foils of Second prints... sorry my head just exploded.  This was a fun idea in the beginning but I just can't take it any longer.  Good luck to whoever intends to conquer the Registry set on this one.   

And I'm not alone.  I know several classic TWD collectors who feel the same.  How about you???

I have the x14 #1s (all CGC 9.8 or 9.9). I have the 1-6 Adlard connecting covers. And a couple of others.

But these are going to be popping out until maybe 2028.

I'll not be going "all in" o this set - just ones I like.

I believe I'll have the two #1 TWDD sets in this year's CGC awards :-)

Is this really new TWD material? Or more of a cameo?

I have not bought (or even seen inside) the book. Is it worth getting one? I saw there were 9 covers (A-I) of number 1 and 6 (A-F) of number 2 just announced.

Do we think it should feature in any of the TWD / TWDD Registry sets?

I was going to ask the same question; Which wait time applies to my submission:

i) the wait time advised on the date of receipt of my submission by CGC, or

ii) the wait time quoted on date the package was opened, or

iii) the wait time shown today or on any future date".

@Jennifer F. I have seen your answer to @Jeminon Friday, but I think all of us here would appreciate further clarity to your response. Just so we know what to expect. Specifically, is it i, ii, or iii (or something else)?

I really like the CGC Registry Awards. Low cost, high value. I know I value the awards I have won over the years. I knew the window was around this time, but like the others here, did not see any advertising about it this year. The deadline just sneaked by. This is TWD Argentinian edition #10, and it has that cover. I just upgraded my copy of it to a 9.8, and so this is going spare. I have it listed on eBay for 35 GBP (50 USD), but happy to do a deal if someone here wants it (I am in the UK).

Sup guys. Long time TWD fan that keeps the DVDs on a constant loop. This drives my wife nuts but I do it anyway.

A few months back I decided that I wanted the comic collection too. I stated browsing and buying and I'm soooooo close to having what I want but my wife is not as happy as I am and directed me to cease and desist my purchasing.

At the time of her insane recommendation I had 11 through 193...first prints + #1 CGC 9.6 - #2 CGC 9.4 - #3 CGC 9.6

My plan was to also get 1, 2 & 3 in the weekly reprints for reading purposes and then finish getting 4 through 10 in first prints and be done.

Instead...im forced to get 1 through 10 in weekly reprints.

I feel unclean.

I feel like a failure.

Would you be happy with what I've collected or should I defy the evil woman and buy 4 through 10 in first prints and risk divorce or castration while asleep?

Castration definitely. After you've been married a while, you won't need those anyway, so you may as well resolve that misery without further delay...

Totally off topic but Yes!! F1 has competitiveness again and it's not just Max & Lewis.   Norris in 3rd when Bottas could not get above 8th all weekend.  And there are a lot of scraps P4 to P6 too.
I would love to connect when you come to Texas if we can make it work.  I'm in Central TX so unless you are headed to desert West Texas or the Mexican border, I'm pretty much a 3 hour drive to anywhere.

We're flying into Houston, and driving to see family near Dallas, prior to a circular road trip back to Houston. Not sure of the routing yet, but I'll be in touch in good time. Be good to get dinner and/or a beer!
