    4.0 maybe, if one pressed out the waviness, could go a grade higher. Not really worth the effort, but it would be a great comic to practice pressing.

    A pin-up counts as a story page, so unless it's a really tiny coupon (smaller than 2×2) you're almost guaranteed to be SOL on getting a qualified grade. Makes me wonder if the clipped MVS only get the Q grade b/c they are so small as it's technically also part of the comic content (not an ad)

    I say 4.0 too, which ensures it is a 4.5. The 6 ranges seems wildly optimistic based on the staple tears & other tears/chipping.

    According to the CGC guide, the Incomplete notation on the label was discontinued in 2022., but this does look larger than a 2×2 threshold to be considered for a qualified label. I'll guess 1.0

    I think this is low enough grade that it would get a Universal label with a notation of the signature & not a green label, right?

    I think the clippings is a non-story page, and no more than half a page. If that's correct, CGC's starting range is 4.0-8.0. The book looks lower than a 4.0, so I don't think the clipping factors significantly into the grade. I think the chipping around the edges is more determinative. I'll give it a 2.5 & it wouldn't surprise me if it got a major key bump. I would be happy to give you $60 for it, which would double your initial investment

    around 6.0. Getting it signed without grading is an option. I don't think CC signature/grading gives much value added, so it would have to be all about personal preference to go that direction.
