    Same here + Olympic participants medals (oldest from 1936 Berlin) + movie posters (helps when your wife is a dealer)

    Wizard Chicago is a great place for GA and SA comics. Location and transport accessibility make it easy for most dealers to go to (though West Coast dealers don't seem to go). Great show due to the legacy of the show (tipping my hat to Gary) rather than anything Wizard has done.

    The Berk connection would mean that the price he paid for the book and the CGC grade it was before any work was done is discoverable. Harder to maximise your return if you bought the book recently and your cost is known.

    Marvel Comics #1 is the true number 1 for the run. "Mystery" was added to the title name from issue #2 to drum up more sales from pulp buyers. Leo was just using a marketing ploy to charge more for #2.

    Vinnie is talking to his audience. Who watches the Fox business channel? Investment conscious viewers. 3rd party grading and restoration checks reassure non-comic people. If he can persuade a few to contemplate investing in comics he makes more money. He already has the attention of the comic crowd.

    Bought many times from them over the years. Grading good as everyone already stated. I'm based in UK. Packaging very good. No damage. They set up every year at London Super Comic Convention and will bring books to the con for you to check out.

    Completed an unrestored Tec 1-26. Failed miserably to complete unrestored Action 1-20 (1 and 2 weren't the issue) and Amazing Man 5-26 (25 and 26 extremely difficult).

    Bought nothing this time. First time in years. Disaster on Friday which started much earlier than expected. Since when has Heritage started a Signature auction at midday? Was out playing cricket with my son when the books I wanted hit the block.
