  1. Yah, George what a steal on the Marvel 1. Congrats to the seller and buyer.
  2. Congrats! That was quite a bargain of a deal for a Marvel 1 even w/out a back cover. Out of the six CGC .5s on the census, there’s only one copy that has a back cover.
  3. Very nice to see an uncommon pre- June 1962 date stamp on an AF15. This might only be the second time I’ve seen a May 62 date stamp on an AF15. Nice book.
  4. Also, “white” pages given to a CGC AF15 seem tougher to find than on a Hulk 1.
  5. Torch needs a shave. One of my favorite covers.
  6. and a rare time Subby had no ankle wings I think Schomburg missed the memo from Everett
  7. 4,5,9,10,15 are my favorite of the early run Schomburg covers. The 4,5,9 have long been some of the most desired of his covers in the early run.
  8. I would assume any auction house would accommodate an in person pick up. Makes less work for them to pack and ship, unless CV-19 risks are favoring shipping instead. Congrats on the win!
  9. Agreed, or the CV-19 craze hit his wallet/job/stocks too hard in the last few days that made the timing of this big pick up not so good. Hope it all works out for the seller.
  10. $500k-$600k should be about right but could be lower in these economic times.
  11. That’s the copy that was posted on IG a week ago. The new owner seemed happy to newly acquire it. I guess it’s for sale already?
  12. the Suspense 3 did not do well considering the last 1.0 sold for $21k.
  13. Very weak price point. Not long ago it would have went $50k+. Someone got a bargain.
