The End of Eternity by Isaac Asimov Signet S1493 1st PB, 1st Printing February 1958 $12
Richard Powers cover art on another glossy Signet.
Fine. Square and glossy. Spine is tight, has some stresses and wear to the tips. Covers are bright and glossy. Has light reader crease and some finger bending. One hard crease on back cover and some non color breaking ones as well. Pages are near white, pretty amazing.

The Currents of Space by Isaac Asimov Signet 1082 1st PB, 1st Printing December 1953 $20
Great Stanley Meltzoff cover art. Another nice Signet, they are very tough to find without a lot of creases.
Fine Plus. Square and glossy. Spine is tight, has slight slant, some wear to the edges. Covers are bright and glossy. Has light reader crease and some finger bending, mostly on the back and some surface wear. Light toning to interior. Has a factory "Signet" price sticker on front and back. Rare and cool!

I started watching, got about 25 minutes in and started to get sleepy so I turned it off, but I will try again today.
Still: it is concerning that it didn't entice me enough to help me stay awake ( like other movies can do )
especially since it had Gal Gadot in it!

Strange Tales #107 CGC from Ebay.
I now have completed my goal of collecting the first ten superhero issues of Strange Tales, #101 - #110. In addition, I also have Strange Tales #114, #115, #126, and #135.
I now only need Tales to Astonish #36 and Journey into Mystery #88 to obtain the first ten issues of all the early Marvel SA series. I am expecting to receive TtA #36 (raw) from Comic Connect within the next three weeks. Then I will be down to needing just one book, JiM #88.
Well done!

I finally saw this last night in 4D. I think my back is still in spasms from the experience. It was a very good summer blockbuster with very cool stunts. I thoroughly enjoyed it and am looking forward to Part 2!
How old is Tom Cruise again?

I was going to say FF from the John Byrne era but $5 won’t get you anything these days!

Is it worth watching?

saw this recently, I liked it more than Crystal Skull, but slot it behind the original trilogy. 5.5 out of 10.
Raiders 9.5/10
Last Crusade 8/10
Temple 6.5/10
Dial 5.5/10
Crystal Skull 3.5/10
Would you pay to see it or is it more meant for mindless watching on Saturday Afternoon?

We're joshing you a bit (I think?), but no issue at all.
In all the years I've been on the boards, there's been a vocal minority-but-not-tiny group complaining that Schomburg's covers look 'too busy', 'too cluttered', 'his Marvel Mystery covers look all the same', etc etc. Some folks here prefer his late 40s airbrush covers (cleaner, simpler style & compositions) for that reason.
I’m part of the non vocal minority. I like his Xela covers a lot more…

This should work. After you click on the envelope, click on go to inbox. Then, choose sort by unread in the dropdown menu. Click on the unread PM's, and you should be all set. If you continue to have problems with this, send me a PM, and I will try to fix it for you.
Thanks Mike. I didn't know you could filter your inbox. The unread PMs were from several years ago.
The problem has been fixed!

WB's BLUE BEETLE movie starring Xolo Mariduena (2023)

Depends on your definition. I think for the hardcore DC comic folks, Flash is A list. For casual movie goers, the A listers are Superman, Batman, and Wonder Woman. That being said, we have examples of non A Listers becoming flagship characters at Marvel due to compelling, well received movies (e.g. Iron Man).
