  1. A beauty of a 0.5 copy ending soon! Already at $3950 FF1
  2. +1. hulk 1 and ff1 are running neck to neck They sure are! What happened to SC #4? That book was literally neck to neck with Hulk 1
  3. I still think FF #1 still has room to grow. When you think that AF #15 copies sell for roughly $8k-$10k/point in low - midgrade , and FF #1 arguably is the 2nd most important SA book, the book that started it all, a 10 center, i believe that it should be inching closer per point, but not overtake AF 15.
  4. Looks like book is around $4k/point depending on eye appeal. A buddy of mine sold his low graded copy just recently for an insane amount.
  5. I would contact Metro and ask them if the seller wants to sell to you directly
  6. A year from now we can look back at this discussion and see if prices were artificially inflated due to hype and speculation or if this is the new ongoing trend. I do agree that this book is a great investment short or long term due to Wolverine being a top tier superhero.
  7. That is a beautiful 7.0 copy. Congrats!! Looks undergraded too!
  8. Happy 4th to everyone!!! I have decided to lower my asking price with a discount if paid by check or MO. Thanks again for the interest! Will leave it up until this weekend.
  9. Now I'm thinking about cracking them all open and have Stan Lee sign them in black marker right smack in the middle with a sketch of a spider.. I mean a cockroach
  10. Sigs on the front cover of vintage books especially keys should be valued lower than without it if it hasn't happened yet. I'm ok if the sig is in the interior page, but geeze.. just ruins the eye appeal and the book with that marker..
  11. Hey hey William! How you doing? Thanks buddy!! It's a super of a key book I'll be in SDCC too so if anyone wants an in person deal, PM me
  12. Payment: I accept payment via Paypal, personal check, or bank M.O. Personal check must clear first before book is shipped. Shipping: Shipping costs will be on me. High eye appeal on this copy for a lower graded copy. Asking - $9,250.00 USD Firm (3% discount paid by check or MO). Recently a 3.5 copy sold for $14k and a 3.0 for $11k at a major comic convention.
  13. Yep definitely to each his own. I too have avoided PGX like the plague due to their poor reputation in grading. Now they press book? This is new to me. Still, I would not send them any book at all even even if the book costs a $1 for their pressing services.
  14. Dave was a pleasure to do a transaction with. Everything went smoothly and he messaged me right away with any pictures and questions I had. His packaging is flawless! One of the best I've seen, talk about bomb proof. Highly recommended and reputable seller. Thanks!
