    Gotta double check what you're buying now. Sad to see these fakes are in circulation and can fool novice collectors, possibly harder for those who have been in the hobby longer. I saw a fake CGC slab and book of a Marvel Spotlight #5 "CGC 9.2" in a FB comic book forum a couple months ago that someone posted. I mentioned to the owner that the label and book are both fake, of course he said they were real.

    Yeah two high graded Bat 1's that are mega key books in the same auction? I don't think I've seen any auction house do something like this before. It is usually spread out if an identical copy were to be consigned in or at about the same high grade. This will definitely be interesting to see how it all plays out.

    I currently have different teams of guys doing work around the house as we speak. Three different companies to be exact and I've been leaving my books in the trunk of my car and some in my brother's house for safekeeping. Hopefully all will be done this week . Never will I rent out a storage unit to put my valuables in after all the horror stories that are happening.

    Wow, didn't know that...............were you able to upgrade or are you streamlining your pre-Robin 'Tec collection to only the Batman covers? Hopefully, you are not exiting the pre-Robin 'Tec market completely and also hope that you was able to sell both your copies of 'Tec 30 and 34 for good money. I was hoping you are . I wanna win something that is still relatively affordable

    Unfortunately I don't have an IPhone. I'm an Android Samsung Galaxy guy . I'll check to see if I have that option on my phone. Thanks Ray for the suggestion! I'll scour the TF2002 boards and see if I can find something on there with any info. See ya soon buddy!

    Like everyone has been posting, very sorry this happened to you Bob. I hope your comics will be found and brought back to you and those thieves caught. It's unfortunate that a lot of brick and mortar stores and storage units are broken into and robbed even in broad daylight. I see it too with sports card stores. Sad world we live in

    Thanks for the response back and for looking. Yeah it's frustrating that there are no sources on how to transform back to van mode . I guess ill try again and figure it out. i just dont wanna break anything.

    I'm wondering if you guys know of a website or YouTube videos on how to transform these MP Transforners from robot mode to their alt modes? In every video I've seen on YouTube, they always show how to transform to robot mode and never back to their vehicle mode. I'm asking because I'm having a difficult time figuring out how to transform Ironhide back to his van mode. I tried watching these videos in reverse order but it is not helping. Oh and the manual in Japanese text is not helping either. Thanks!

    Holy moly no way!! So the front cover was tucked in between the loose pages? Congrats man! kinda reminded me of a story that someone posted on here where he found an Action 1 book inside the pages of a Time magazine

    I've had 2 crack and resubs from CBCS to CGC. The first one received the same grade. The second submission got a half a grade bump down. Take it as it is, but there is absolutely no guarantees your book will grade the same, higher, or lower. Also a small possibility that it may potentially be graded as restored, trimmed, etc. from CGC. It's a gamble.

    Agreed with the tanning and shadow at the bottom part of the cover. It wasn't a very attractive 9.2. If I was looking for a copy in this grade, I wouldn't have placed a bid on it due to the above.
