  1. Holy smokes, this is an indication of how hot this book is, that a copy with 7 pages missing, spine completely split and detached covers and it's up to $1700 with over a day still left to bid! http://www.comiclink.com/auctions/item.asp?back=%2FAuctions%2Fdefault%2Easp%3F%5FSORT%3DYES%26Focused%3D1%26ItemType%3D0%26f1%3Da%2EMaxBid%26ODire1%3DDESC%26f2%3Di%2ETitle%252C%2Bi%2EIssueNumber%26ODire2%3DASC%26f3%3Da%2EMaxBid%26ODire3%3DDESC%23Item%5F1082528&id=1082528
  2. I think she's pretty - and really into the role. I'd give her some slack. I never said she wasn't - I really like her in this role! I was just saying, as far as how Clark Kent gets away with not being recognized as Superman, and now Kara is doing it too. I'm sure I don't know what you are talking about... but thanks! -slym "slym2none to Squall_Leonhart - Name Change"
  3. No. In Action 252 Argo City survived the destruction of Krypton and became an isolated city in space, surrounded by a force field. Years later a meteor penetrated the field and Kara was shot to Earth in a rocket. You can read the whole synopsis here: http://dc.wikia.com/wiki/Action_Comics_Vol_1_252 Thanks!

  5. Very entertaining and great special effects! I'm sure it's been mentioned somewhere here among the 84 pages - but did Kara spend 24 years trapped in the Phantom Zone in the Action #252 origin story?
  6. As soon as I saw that brick column my spidey sense went off. That was way cool of them to throw the comic fans that bone. What a great time to be a geek!
  7. Indeed it is. What is that double what it used to sell at that grade? If they ever announce a movie that book will go stratospheric!
  8. I definitely liked the new costume & colors! (thumbs u Tonight's Arrow the show that got this green-lighted.
  9. I was waiting for a recreation of the moment captured on the cover of Flash 123 - when both Flashes come to the rescue of that guy. Too bad they chose to just have him barge in and make that statement. Seemed like a little bit of a soft start to me.
  10. Yours is more++ Wow...just incredible. A 6.0 is almost in par to AF15 now. I think the great show is doing a lot for this book. -J. Ya think More so than the typical "alternative media bump". -J. I'll say. and I think the whole DC universe thing on TV is helping. Gotham included.
  11. It was a very nice 6.0... more than make up for the crm/ow pages. DC'ers don't mind a little cream sometimes
