  1. I don't think that's who they were grieving - it was 4 months from last episode and I'm not sure Felicity even knows her. I think it is someone else we are going to lose.
  2. Not spinning, but I know !!!! Could we see yet another one !!!!!
  3. Already tracking (not to buy but watch) strong out of the gate buddy! Best of luck!
  4. Thanks Chris! This would not be an upgrade for you, although I think the #22 would be
  5. Most likely so. I bought this off a fellow board member in a private sale, quite some time after the sale recorded on GPA, so I hope not
  6. Here's a decent copy for the next aspiring member of the club. http://comics.ha.com/itm/silver-age-1956-1969-/superhero/showcase-22-green-lantern-dc-1959-cgc-fn-60-off-white-pages/a/7124-91202.s?type=wlem&wlc=519570816
  7. Ok, it's game-on http://comics.ha.com/itm/silver-age-1956-1969-/superhero/showcase-4-the-flash-savannah-pedigree-dc-1956-cgc-fn-60-off-white-pages/a/7124-91200.s?ic3=ViewItem-Auction-Open-BrowseThisAuction-120115
  8. That's one of the annoying aspects of the registry, that completeness of a set is not given any credit, only how much a person is willing to spend on a given copy of a book. Something should be said for the effort that goes into building an almost impossible to complete set like Showcase. Kudos to you Chris! I am honored you named your 1-64 set in, well, my honor. But seriously you deserve all the credit!
  9. White Martian? Right I thought it was a little over the top. I thought they could have maybe toned the design down a little so as not to have it looks so devilish. Also found it odd that JJ has a uniform or suit, whereas the White Martian seems to be nude, although (thankfully) devoid of any indication of gender.
  10. +1 Totally convinced he is Leonard Snart! And Heat Wave is a hoot!
  11. Keep in mind that if Lance got clipped how upset her mom might be now that she's in love with him, so that also would seem to support it could be either of them (by Felicity's reaction).
  12. Settle, well ok. But I agree they paint him as being clueless to the ways of love. I wonder if they do that on purpose or the actor is just awkward kissing and hugging on camera. Dude it is the CW, of course they do that on purpose. Gotta have that "love drama" to be on this network. I realize that, but I meant the part about Barry being so clueless as to how to treat a lady. Jay Garrick sure gets it. I mean why is Barry such a boob with women? He didn't tell Iris until everyone around her knew as well, and that was when he was still trying to court her.
  13. They usually start out a little weak. They are setting things up for the season ahead.

  15. I'd like to watch it again, so much going on - but it really flipped me out to hear names like Rip Hunter, The Atom and Kronos (!!!!) being uttered by professional actors on TV. Times have definitely changed. Oh and the BvS trailer is (still) blowing my mind! Love it when Supes swats the Batmobile away.
  16. Diggle? I was thinking Lance maybe or her mom.
  17. So who's in the grave at the end of the season, 'cause I think they're going to let us wait that long to find out
  18. I look at it this way - with a pedigree you can at least count on the fact it was prized as a collectible by the owner for a considerable portion of its existence. You can't say that about all books that have wound up slabbed. I also like that CGC has created this unique designation of pedigree comics (and NGC with coins to some degree as well).
  19. Speaking of 8.0's, this just popped onto Heritage's February 18-20 Signature Auction Preview: http://comics.ha.com/itm/silver-age-1956-1969-/the-brave-and-the-bold-28-justice-league-of-america-savannah-pedigree-dc-1960-cgc-vf-80-cream-to-off-white-pagesandlt-/p/7124-152001.s?ic4=ListView-Thumbnail-071515# Such a pretty book, and a pedigree no less
