Comics4Kids will sell or trade adult items that are donated, to other adults who are over 18 years of age in a public venue such as eBay account. These items cannot be passed on to the kids, and have some monetary or trade value to procure kid friendly fare.

That statement he made is too vague. There are no age tiers, like 0-5, 5-10, etc.?

An unscrupulous person could easily decide that the vast majority of the donations are not appropriate for their definition of "kid", and use the sale proceeds of these items to fund "marketing" activities such as traveling to conventions, advertising in Overstreet, etc. - or worse.

". People who are only here to antagonize the companies and our customers will be asked to pursue those discussions elsewhere. While diverse views and alternative perspectives are needed and wanted here, the CCG boards are not the place for persistent agendas completely in opposition to CCG’s services"

Items not bearing the Comics Code Authority obviously

**Very hypocritical to condemn adult material in one breath and talking about 'rubbiing one out" the next.**

"CCG encourages free-thinking and open discussion of the hobby and our services among members of the boards, including constructive criticism. Seriously?

After all the valid questions that have been raised about your..uh..endeavor, this is your response?

48 posts in "Hey buddy, can you spare a grade?" since then, yet no reply here to the repeated questions and concerns raised about his "charity" business in a thread he started.

Evidently, appearance is not a concern.

I have a sampling of recipients here from our press release

Bates Technical College

Tacoma Public Library Young Readers Program

Jason Lee Middle School

Half Price Books Literacy Project

International Artist's Guild

Children's Healthcare of Atlanta

Black Canyon Boys and Girls Club

EDMS Middle School

Casa Grande High School

City Year Little Rock

Little Heroes, INC

Cancer Recovery Foundation

My follow up question is: If you have all these places listed on your PRESS RELEASE, why don't you provide the actual press release?? Isn't it in the public domain, I mean, considering its a press release and all?

Shouldn't you want people who have (and love) comics to know about all the good you've been doing? Also, if I wanted to contact one of these organizations...say the Children's Healthcare of Atlanta, can you provide a name and number? Perhaps I want to make a donation directly to them and you can assist in that matter??

Very interested..

Brock

He thought you said "press and release," which is obviously entirely different.
