CGC hammers for staining and it looks like there's some going on in the top left of the cover. I agree that it's undergraded for sure, though. Assuming the BC is clean, that's really a FN- on most days. Someone was cranky grading it.

Total newb here! I've never posted before so excuse me if I mess up. Here's my FF 4 #1. I also have FF4 #2 - #24 along with a couple annuals. I am also the original owner of them. I'll be getting them graded soon. If anyone has any tips regarding the grading process, it would greatly be appreciated!

Original owner book. Walked into my mother-in-law's consignment shop in Connecticut along with a bunch of other books. I had it for sale in the VCC, but I'm thinking about keeping it. It is pretty cool. I might get it sig seried by Stan next September.

one of the cool things about a restored mid grade copy is you cab de -slab it and read it with little worry about damaging it enough to devalue it.At 4.5 it would take a pretty significant impact to devalue it and when you go to sell you might fetch more on a resub anyways. This way you can get a better look at what you got. well whatever you do enjoy its a nice copy.
