That cap was a 9.6??? I think I had it at 8.5. That little color breaking crease, while tiny, shouldn't be on a 9.6 right?

 

If that was the only defect than why not a 9.6? Personally, I don't think it's a 9.6 but it was sent to CGC not to JGC ( jeffro grading company )
