I asked him to do a re-imagining of ASM 50, but instead of having Peter Parker turning his back on Spidey in a defeated sort of way, I wanted to capture the idea of how Peter has found self-confidence and worth through his Spidey persona. Needless to say, I think Charles did a great job with it!

I don't know if he still does it but one year in Baltimore Tucci put out a chair for you to sit in while he was signing / sketching on your book. Real nice guy and was the high point of that show. I might see if I can get a cover done by him this year.
