I may have missed it but did you mention Marvel Graphic Novel #17?

Is that the same Disney vault where Little Mermaid and 101 Dalmations come out of and get thrown back in to every 10 years or so?

 

It's time for another Dalmations.

Maybe Marvel will influence Disney a bit and they'll put out a sequel: 101.1 Dalmations

What a lot of people just gloss over is how long its takes from development hell to an actual pilot and then a show.

 

Flash took about a year from talks to being on TV. Preacher was optioned before Flash.
