Why? People are free to put up anything at any price. I could put up a New Warriors #15 at $2000. It means nothing.

Surprised to see this free, promotional comic listed on ebay for $19.99.

p><p> AF15 used to cost 12 cents, but I think now it costs more than $19.99. Or so I

BUT I CAN be sure we shouldn't go around posting ALL the comics that are LISTED on ebay for more than their original selling price.

I 2nd this. Also, not trying to pick on you, but you could fill a thousand page thread pretty quickly with junky books that are priced ridiculously on Ebay.

Why does eBay not show the "best offer" received price on the completed sales listings when it sells for less than the asking price?

http://m.ebay.com/itm/IMAGINE-AGENTS-1-DETROIT-FANFARE-VARIANT-NM-HIGH-GRADE-ULTRA-LOW-100-PRINT-RUN-/321807694078?nav=SEARCH

Comic book invest has it "just hit $200" now. Going by how eBay lists it, makes it look like it's heating up, when actually it went down:

http://comicbookinvest.com/2015/07/28/variant-heat-check-for-72815/

:gossip:FYI my actual sale was $100, $15 less than the last sale at time of announcement.

Same with my Spectre 54 cbcs 9.8, I sold it for 100 weeks before the announcement, same as last Cgc sale at the time, still says $180 sale in eBay sold listings. I know you can adjust to view actual sale someway, but still very misleading to the public.

You sold it for 50% of your asking price? Do you normally do that?

Some days yes, some days no. Send your best offer, and it might be your lucky day...

Well it seems odd that you are kind of complaining about skewed numbers but you're accepting what I would term "lowballs".

I wouldn't call it "lowball" to accept an offer of $10 off last sale of $115, but that's just me.

He's the one pricing himself out of the market. Certainly helps my sales. :)

This ^

I would have thought the asking of $200, Almost 2x MORE than the last sale, would have been more of a  than the actual sale price

Also...

How come majority of the people here ask permission from the wifey? :)

cause they're whooped.

hm

Maybe because their Wife is their partner?

:golfclap:

This guy gets it.

Indeed, I enjoy my wife more than I enjoy comics. Isn't that the way it is supposed to be?

That has to be a store. I guess they opened them all and are selling the sketches on eBay and selling the regulars on the shelf unbagged.

I opened 10, all regular.

The O Malley should have legs when people see the cover.

Hulk 449 should be heating up real quick with Netflix news :gossip:

;)

Still just a rumor, but which team would they choose? With Punisher and Elektra coming in DD Season 2 I'd think that's the one they'd be inclined to go with since the characters and actors will have already been introduced. Problem is how do they get the rights for Deadpool and Agent Venom?

They can use Venom without any issue. They've always had the TV rights for the Spider-Man franchise. Sony only owns the movie rights (but doing Spidey on a TV budget has never been really in the cards or a way to maximize revenue) so Venom shouldn't be an issue. It's Deadpool. But they can always just leave him out.
