But the timing isn't great for my wallet.

That one is on my list.

It's a great cover.

Di you see the ones on Worldwide recently. Amazing early copies but the prices are a bit daffy.

Yep - many of those National Mile Highs seem to come up for sale often. Some have been offered through Heritage, Metro has had copies and Richard Evans has some at one time too. Would love to grab the ones on WW but Matt and Ritter think pretty highly of them it would seem.

25.5K for the Action 252.

Mind boggling.

Sounds like a safer bet than 35K for a GL 76

OK but that's a little bit like saying you'd rather cut off one nad than two.

Your preference of one of the two alternative is something I can't argue with but I can't say I like either choice.

Oops. Whoever won the National #27, I think I cost you a few bucks.

:makepoint:

On the other hand, I saved $1100! :whee:

Does anyone know what the More Fun #55 9.4 Nova Scotia went for?

I watched that one intently since the guide was at something like $33k... It didn't get a bid past $20,500 and never met the reserve. No Sale.

I bought that book raw from Harley Yee back in 2001. He had no idea it was the San Francisco copy. Great cover!

Fixed that for ya!

Yeah, but the classic #7 FINALLY seems to have found a permanent home for now.

Absolutely love that cover! :cloud9:
