FAN EXPO CANADA™ 2012 - AUGUST 23-26 in Toronto, Canada

Ok, I have checked their website and they are charging $55 US online including a bunch of fees and a disclaimer that if he cancels we will get our money back, but not the fees. As well, they mention that tickets may not be sold onsite. So are tickets being sold onsite or only online? Your response and DWC's statement are conflicting and when will we know the actual onsite cost? I'm hoping that they are selling for $50 CDN, not US. I only want an autograph, don't care for CGC SS this time around.

Maybe they are hoping people will stampede and buy them all in advance.

It's akin to saying "while supplies last".

The statement in our webstore for the ticket sales is only because if we were to sell 1,000,000 tickets :jokealert: in advance then we would not have many, if any, to sell onsite. The statement is also there in case we are told to cease ticket sales for one reason or another. But honestly, we don't expect to be sold out in advance, as it has never happened, but we must make the statement non the less. As for currency, since the US and Canadian dollars are almost the same, it will be $50 CASH in either Canadian or US dollars for onsite tickets. It is $55 is you pay by Credit Card or Paypal. In regards to the online price including a "bunch of fees", we are like any other business that processes credit cards or uses Paypal. The credit card companies and Paypal charge us a fee and we include that fee in the price. I hope this helps you understand our position.

Kevin - that book looks great. I hope that they are well protected. Is it possible that you or someone who is knowledgeable about bagging and boarding comics (if these are being bagged and boarded) handles these with care? Last year's variant Toronto-Spidey cover that came in the Premium bags was difficult to find without numerous dings.

Whoever handled the Alpha Flight-Wolverine Variant did a better job but these were for sale like the above Spidey.

I would say that the Alpha Flight ones were taken better care of, because they didn't go into the premium bags. Those were just exclusives for purchase. The Campbell Spidey is also for purchase, and not part of the premium bags, so I think these will be taken care of better :wishluck:.

Are Tony Moore and other major artists having tables in Artists Alley again this year, if so, will you be releasing a list of where they are sitting?

Here's an alphabetical listing of all of the comic guests who have tables in the Pro Guest area. If the guest you are looking for isn't listed, they are probably in the signing area at specific times, or appearing at the Marvel, DC, Aspen or another publisher booth.

Neal Adams has his own corporate booth. Stan Lee has his own section in the celebrity autograph area.

The schedules are up for the Comics section. It's a very full weekend, and the schedules include all signings in the signing area. It does not include signings at company booths.

Schedule also indicates which days the featured guests will be appearing.
