I saw Captain Phillips last night. Interesting to watch how it all happened. Even though the last 20 minutes is the best part of the movie. Most of it is just a bunch of guys running around a ship.

 

It was an advanced screening, and they had people outside asking questions about what people thought of the movie. One of the responses was: "The movie made Americans look dumb." It made me chuckle.

Just saw this last night, and it`s a great movie.

I saw Kick 2 yesterday. Not as fun as the first one, but I liked it.

I loved Kick Azz 1 and was looking forward to seeing Kick Azz 2.

Well to say I was disappointed would be an understatement. It came off as a bad sophomoric humor parody of super heroes.

I felt like it was a waste of money, and time.

The people who went to see it with me say they now have no interest in reading the comic book of Kick Azz in the future lol

Like I say I loved the first one, but unless your into sophomoric kind of movies, then avoid the second one.

It was a bigger stink bomb then The Spirit and Catwoman combined.

I finally watched This is the End this morning. I love most of the actors in it and it has a very high rating on Rotten Tomatoes so I had high hopes for it.

Well...most of the actors aside from Jonah Hill and Michael Cera, both of whom I can't stand.

I don't even recall laughing through the entire film, though if I did it was because of Danny McBride.

 

Major snoresville for me. It was almost painful to watch, though I may have to watch it again just to give it a fair chance.

Danny McBride was on fire in that movie. The porn mag scene was funny.

A vanity project for sure, but I enjoyed it.

I guess he gets the last laugh then, as the series is over for good in 3 issues.

I just watched X-Men Origins: Wolverine last night (yes, I know I am a few years late.)

 

Not a terrible movie, but I am glad I didn't have to pay to see it.
