At least the art is consistent. I remember during the runup to Walking Dead 100 when Charlie was cranking out work so fast that people had trouble distinguishing the characters.

I was surprised at the 48,000 sales for issue #1. I was think half that.

There are still a lot of these on the shelves locally. I have told everybody I know about this book but I think it will take a little while for demand to catch supply in this case.

 

This story is really well written and the art is fantastic. I hope more people pick it up.

This story is really well written and the art is fantastic. I hope more people pick it up.

 

Less #2's though. That might be the issue to watch.

Print run on # 2 was 27143 including variant covers. It appears your thoughts were dead on.
