I agree it shouldn't be green on face of it. I was a bit hesitant as I'm not as knowledgeable. In my understanding if it is a "fake" double cover it will get green? Then there was the rumor that greens wouldn't be defined on the label for the green? I thought for sure they'd still be in the graders Notes, is that correct ? @CGC Mike It's all confusing but I wait to hear. I agree, and initially when he took a picture of the staple I thought it had popped or detached, and thought maybe that's why it was green. Signing is great for photo covers and I don't mind it on non-key books, but on a nice, key issue or anything rare, it lowers the value, IMHO (and others). And this is genuine, and I got it for a lot less than that fake Thor 369 "triple"! Hulk #180 double cover. Anyone ever seen one of these before? I can't find one. In bad need of a new case and a press and clean. Will be letting CGC handle this and I'll post the results! Back in 2017-18 when I bought it there was a 9.4 double cover for a little over $500. If I hadn't picked this up I estimate I could have afforded it before the price did inevitably go up for it on eBay. Man I was curious so I looked up in my past sales, I actually paid $250 for this I wouldn't get that much more for it now haha, but I have other double covers that were relatively cheap so c'est la vie.
