Based on the name of the video, I am going to assume it implies the new Batmobile is a hunk of junk that was found on the outside of the Falcon.

This was a hotly debated storyline early on in the speculation about an upcoming JLA movie. With DC/WB intimating a very broad universe of characters they intend to bring to the big screen it'd make a great way of introducing the JSA. It's definitely in the realm of possibility. Plus 185 is a cool cover.
