I can see DJ playing Lobo, he has the comedic skills.

But I really want to see him as super-bad- Darkseid.

:)

He's big enough to fit either role. But does the interview say it is a hero that can take on Superman, or a villain?

FORBES: 'Batman Vs Superman' And 'Captain America 3' Won't Face Off In 2016

So, with Warner Bros.’ future superhero adaptation plans all pretty much hinging on the success of Batman vs. Superman, a major underperformance or failure of that movie would be so significant that it could have a ripple effect hurting other studios’ plans as well. Meaning Marvel isn’t going to try to do serious, major damage to Warner’s big superhero team-up film. Fans would never forgive them if they sabotaged the development of a cinematic DCU, audiences might sour a bit on the genre overall, and doing so would of course require tossing Captain America under the bus to some extent by having his franchise act as a land mine for the sole purpose of harming another studio’s projects.

Likewise, with so much riding on the success of their film and the opening weekend being a chance to break records and establish a winning narrative surrounding the film, Warner isn’t going to risk all of that by sticking to a schedule that puts Batman vs. Superman up against a major Marvel sequel. They also aren’t out to try to damage a Marvel movie that could actually benefit WB’s own film — whether Marvel moves up to April or Warner drops back to June/July, chances are Captain America 3 (if that’s really the mystery Marvel movie, of course) will kick off the super-summer and prime the public for more. That arrangement works both ways, too, since obviously the enormous buzz surrounding the release of a Batman-Superman-Wonder-Woman movie means audiences will be chomping at the bit and any superhero movie that comes out at the head of that feeding frenzy stands to gain enormous extra box office for itself.

not a bad read some good points, i think the origins part can be done better from he put down.

10 things to see in a Wonder Woman movie

The Origin

"Hippolyta the Queen of the Amazons always wanted a daughter, but she was unable to bare children. Her only hope was that a god could give her one. She then began an affair with Zeus. Yet, she still couldn’t even bare the child of a god. Zeus felt sympathy and answered her prayers. Zeus asked all of the gods, except Hera, to help bless a baby girl for Hippolyta. He excluded Hera because he did not want her to be suspicious of any affair between him and the amazonian queen. Hippolyta was told to form the baby out of clay, leave it on the shore, and then come back the next morning. The gods, who agreed, each blessed the clay baby. Demeter blessed her with strength and durability. Hermes with speed, flight, and a healing factor. Athena with divine wisdom. Aphrodite with great beauty. And finally Artemis with enhanced senses.

The next day Hippolyta came back to find a beautiful baby girl. She thanked the gods and named her Diana…"

so the DC train is making it normal pass over the internet

WB will be announce New DC comics movies in the Future

As for DC Entertainment, cross-studio collaboration to make better use of its comic book characters appears to have accelerated considerably since Mr. Tsujihara took over, in part because he eliminated some management layers. (He has not named a chief operating officer and did not replace Mr. Rosenblum and Mr. Robinov, choosing instead to divide up their duties and assume some himself.) Two new television shows are coming to the CW and Fox, including one based on the Flash and another on a young Batman, and a film series will be announced in the near future, Mr. Tsujihara said. It is expected to include a “Justice League” movie.

Could this be the kick in the pants Warner needed with a major leadership change in order to move that DC massive portfolio forward? It sounds like it.

:wishluck:

Underscoring his aggressive approach to the DC Comics universe, Mr. Tsujihara and Dan Fellman, Warner’s domestic film distribution chief, recently moved the studio’s untitled Batman-Superman movie — a hotly anticipated follow-up to last year’s “Man of Steel” — to a release date in May 2016 previously claimed by Marvel for one of its own films. It created an industry dust-up, and Marvel retaliated with a date change of its own. But the move sent a blunt message: Warner takes a back seat to no one.

But it is still crazy to even consider releasing movies in the same weekend, as it can cause issues for both movies. I hope they change that at least.

yeah the new CEO is not playing around, i think what makes him understand it more then anyone at WB is the fact that he comes from the DVD/home entertainment department and also the fact that he hasn't lost his inner child. which is why we have seen a huge push by WB to help DC entertainment make use of all the characters.

In case you don't keep up with the news quite like the truly obsessive fans around these parts, Warner Bros. is undergoing a seismic change. The film studio's new CEO, Kevin Tsujihara is determined to tap the DC Comics potential for film franchises. While he recently made news about a new superhero film series that's going to be announced, keep in mind that last September, he stated that he's planning on releasing 12 to 14 DC Comics adaptations in the coming years.

WHOA! This is going to be a huge change for Warner when it comes to its DC property. Now if they can ensure the quality is included.
