Like I said above you guys can buy them all I don't want a single one in my collection. CBCS does not equal CGC and most collectors know that and saying that they do is not right because new collectors will start to believe that when it's not the case.

And why did you even bother to have CGC grade it if you are convinced CBCS is just as good.....because deep down you know it's not and when you comes time to sell it you know CGC will bring you top dollar.

Why do some of you go ''bat crazy'' when your agenda is not the main theme? Buy only GA books they are better than every single SA key out there. We all know when a key GA book goes up in value it's for REAL not like this AF15 FAD!! If I am going to lie mine as well go all the way right.

I would not want to play on your sensitivities....so here we go again AF15 SUCKS.....it's sooooooooo common and after all it's ONLY Spidey (who the heck is Spidey)!!

CGC 9.2's should go for 50$ (even at that price it sounds quite expensive....you could buy 2 nice steaks for that kind of money) why would anyone pay almost 500 000$ for one in that grade.....they are here, there and everywhere you look!!

We all know the next big book after AC1 and TEC27 is the very rare and very in demand 1st appearance of She-Hulk!! Now there is a book that should be exploding in value and worth a fortune in high grades.

OK guys I have always been OK with most of you why this type of treatment? Just because I boost AF15 and love the book and hope it does well over time.

I am now public enemy #1 just for doing this does not take much for some of you to turn on someone.

How about you take 10 minutes and read Bomber-Bob's post 25 times, then read it again and only then, maybe just maybe ( but that's wishful thinking on everyone's part) a light will go on.

Making wildly fanciful statements like this, do you even realize that the primary grader for the newer company is the same primary grader for the first several years of CGC's existence?  A CGC slab sporting an old label or an earlier example of a new (second generation) label holds a book that was most likely finalized by the same grader.  

 

Surely, there's a space in between 'not wanting a single one in one's collection' and 'CBCS does not equal CGC'.

I also take issue with your comments regarding over grading.  As I said, my experience is that they are close/same.  You've said yourself that you don't consider anything but CGC.  How can you provide an impartial opinion?

I agree that CGC, on the average, commands higher prices.  The facts/sales bare that out.  They are, and have been, the market leader for over 15 yrs. now.

This. I don't think supergirl is aware CBCS is ran by an ex CGC president/primary grader. I think they also have some very competent ex CGC graders on their staff.

So to pass on a gorgeous book is foolish, especially at a slight discount.

I will just relax for a while....I enjoy this board I don't want to fight with anyone here I truly have no issue with any of you....that is the truth. I simply did and don't understand why so many act bummed out when AF15 is doing very well....it's just very weird it's like some don't want it to go up in value (some times big boosts and some time slower). Like I said it's just very strange if it was AC1 or TEC27 no a single person would have a issue with it.....makes kinda no sens. I have simply never seen this type of behavior in any other hobby with a top item doing well. It's a 1st for me.

Anyways I will take my break now.

One more time, for the millionth time, no one here has an issue with the continued valuation of AF15. What we have never seen though, and I am speaking for someone who has spent 7 years on the boards, is someone who takes the pumping and financial talk to a level of nauseum like you do.

Yet you still manage to ignore the explanations people give you when they tell you EXACTLY why they take issue with your posts, specifically regarding CBCS.

 

You also have national comic dealers in addition to mega-collectors telling you to pump the brakes on pimping books (only the ones you own, ironically enough), and you disregard that as well.  Yes, you're free to have an opinion that differs from others.  That being said, perhaps you might take into account the massive amounts of experience and insider information some of these people are privy to before dismissing them completely.
