buttock
Wow, small world. I was stoked to get it as I had never seen a copy. Do you have #2? I would love to see what it looks like. I do, but it's a beater. I'll see if I can get a scan up sometime for you.
Robot Man
Came home from work last night to a surprise. My wife picked this up for me at an estate sale. Probably 1930's. Just beautiful graphics on the box and complete. I promised her I wouldn't shoot my eye out. She's a keeper!

Robot Man
Got up early and went flea market junking yesterday. This load came out of a hoarder house. I have several dupes of the MADs but they were just sooooo cheap I couldn't pass them up. Real nice shape too. I especially like the MAD "ripoff" mags. Very hard to find and fun. Robot Man
I also found these. I knew right away what they are. Really brings me right back to the good old days! (Nobdoy does war better than Russ Heath!)

Duffman_Comics
Whenever this cover presents, I immediately think that Gene Colan was having a bit of a larf. The girl is clearly Ann Margaret, who the year before had released "Viva Las Vegas" with Elvis. A year later and the Fab Four ask "But, Penny - you promised to go out with us when we came over". And her response? "Sorry fellows - but I already have a date for tonight" The man from Memphis, perhaps?
Robot Man
Good observation Duffman. I have always thought the same thing. Didn't the Beatles meet Elvis and were star struck? I believe he wasn't impressed the same way with them.
