Jeff is a seriously decent, honest boardie - I doubt very much if he is being underhand about anything.

 

I'm guessing it's a simple misunderstanding -he will probably be at a con this weekend anyway, so there may be a delay in response.

 

And yes, he now does 99% of his sales via consignment.

What's funny about this is that we started off having a huge debate over putting a statute of limitations on the PL and instead we end with a new rule about refunds.

 

Still, in terms of legislation I think we can take pride in staying ahead of the competition

Don't even THINK about returning any of these books. If a book turns out to have missing pages, undisclosed resto, or any other problems, don't come whining to me about it.
