It has a different cover background with a lower cover price.  Cgc does have a census count with 9.6 as the highest.

That's a cool book, but this thread is for modern newsstand books. Maybe you meant to post in the "What's new in your Modern collection" thread instead?

Cross posting from the Superman thread. Right place, right time on this one. Finding a newsstand of this cover is difficult. Finding one in NM condition is next to impossible

Spoiler below is a stickered version with the blank barcode underneath, which is usually how these turn up. Pretty confident it's a bookstore newsstand that never had the sticker applied for some reason. There are a few out there.
