This thread may be the closest thing we have to a Fawcett (or at least GA Marvel Family) appreciation thread. 

Might rename it. Well, the recent trailer for the upcoming Elvis movie has him looking at Captain Marvel Jr 2.

Here’s an interesting Fawcett promotional flyer for the Capt Marvel Club that I found at a local show.
If you join the club and have 2 other friends join, you get a button, membership card and a free Spy Smasher comic. Basically your 2 friends are paying for your “free” comic.
On the back of the flyer are promotions for discounted or free magazines when you join the club.
Three comics for a quarter, four magazines for the price of one or a free Gift comic for a years subscription of Capt Marvel or Whiz.
The flyer appears to be from 1942 based on the comics and magazines.

Me too. I love holiday comic book covers.

Those ornaments are real cool. I believe I have the Capt Marvel one made up.

These were produced in the 1940’s by the Samuel Lowe company. As either premiums or store items.

There were about a dozen different ones produced like the CM “Magic eyes”, “Flying” Capt Marvel Jr and others.

Years ago, there was a warehouse find on a bunch of them and they still turn up frequently. Your set was not included in the find and a whole lot scarcer than the rest.
