This is 100% not true on PSA, PSA is currently on early March for REGULAR submissions, for Economy they are at Sept 21st as their most recently completed, and they are at September 8th of last year for TCG Bulk.

I think they are grading my bulk submission and getting it ready to send out. 2/11 100 cards. this might take them 2 weeks total from what im seeing . hope to see my cards in 3 weeks  sending 100 more Japanese . good day all!! happy collecting friends
