I vaguely remember this Hulk cover I once saw with Hulk holding out his hands in front of him and a Stan sig hovering directly over the hands. Gosh it was so long ago I don't even remember what issue or whether it was a modern variant cover? I just recall it being a grey Hulk wearing a suit, hands in front as if he was holding something invisible. Anyway, it was the best example of a Stan sig I ever saw. If anyone knows what I'm referring to please post it!

I have always thought that I preferred a signature within the title of the cover (a la Chris Claymont), but this Bob Layton placement on his IM 128 is visible, yet not too distracting from the cover art. For perfect signature placement, the award goes to John Tyler Christopher.

I had my IM 128 signed a year later at the CGC In House by Layton and he went the mirror route.
