I don't know what all the hullabaloo is about? If it was a faded piece, ok... give em grief, but this #1 has extremely good gloss and color strike compared to the others I've seen.

I would definitely prefer the #1 of Action Comics over most of the carp you see in modern galleries.

I find it ironic that it doesn't say "# 1", it says, "No 1" as in "No one".  As in "No one would be crazy enough to shell out $7000 for this".

This piece is part of comic history now.  Right up there with the Stan Lee Cockroach ASM129.  

If it gets resold I'll wager it goes higher
