It's an awesome cover and I desperately wish I had a copy... but I can't consider that a masterpiece until somebody satisfactorily explains where Buck and Wilma's feet are.

I agree with you completely.  I always wanted to complete the famous funnies Frazetta set.  The problem I had was that the main characters often looked like teenagers for some reason...still, love ‘em all including the wsf 26.

Always been partial to this Brundage.  Really my preferred bat girl.

Pretty sure my copy was the most I paid for a Weird Tales issue, so you're not the only one who likes it!  Although I've only got about 20 of the Brundage covers, and with the recent crazy jumps in pulp prices I'm not very likely to get may more.

While Lou Fine is tough to nail down to a specific "masterpiece" Reed Crandall is a bit easier. Reed rarely signed his covers even when encouraged to do so by Quality's "Busy" Arnold, but he signed this one, a classic mix of dizzying perspective and anatomical rendering that's well executed, not to mention exceedingly scarce (under ten CGC graded copies)...

My choice for Al Williamson masterpiece (one autographed in '74; the other a GFC)...

The poured concrete pathway there...   what is this?  Jurassic Park?
