Too bad you just couldn't take him out the back door and rough him up. But as I've gotten more seasoned I'd rather just let the cops deal with the dirt bags. I missed this one hopefully it didn't kill the vibe of this fun show.

Very early in the show--I believe he stole from the first two booths up front. And we'd made it 6.5 years with zero reports of even a book missing at our show--so yeah, it's disappointing.

Hmm another grey haired white guy. Just like the other thief recently caught.   Let's see another older White Guy committing a non-violent crime of stealing 'funny books" means nothing more than the most minor repercussions.  Look out at cons he's probably back at it already.

As a Middle-aged White Guy, I find this offensive. We have been oppressed for years and shouldn't be held responsible for our actions in a broken, systematically racist society. In fact, the ONLY reason they were caught was because of the color of their skin. Now, when I go to a con, I'm being profiled and looked at. I feel if you see me just taking a couple comics, look the other way. I'm just trying to feed my family in this terrible country.

Here’s a pic of multiple repeat criminal threat to the SF/Bay area collecting community. Bryan Sandelin. This scum has broken into so many places over the years and is constantly let go. He is terrorizing his neighbors with threats of retaliation etc. for calling police.  Here’s pic and just a partial list of his criminal life. He has broken into Kimono my House, Super Seven, etc etc all kinds of businesses  in the Bay Area. If you see him in or around your stores or such beware! He’s a 40’s-ish skate punk acting loser with a wiry build. If this person has sold you anything it’s probably stolen so beware! He is active on social media and is good at phishing the unsuspecting,  stating what cool stuff you have and let’s get together. If you’ve had encounters call Mr Montoya’s number.
