Who are you and what have you done with @Get Marwood & I?  The one I seem to know never froths at the mouth like this.   I realize what's going on with the Chat Boards, the Registry Control Panel and website performance is beyond frustrating to all of us.

As for @CGC Mike, what's the expression, "Don't shoot the messenger."  Many times I have found Mike's posts very helpful.

As far as I'm concerned, it's @dena who needs to get on here, be transparent, and tell the community just what the heck is going on. A blow by blow if you will.

Amen.  Time after time Mike has tried to help us.  I've never seen him make a rude post and frankly his patience is amazing.

There's a problem with the software and Mike is dependent on the IT department to fix it.

It is frustrating.  I also wonder what the long term affect is on members and how many people just move on because of software issues.

I am frustrated as well, and probably should apologize to web help, as I have been pretty hard on them.  All we can do is hope the issue is resolved ASAP.
