this could actually be a decapitation cover ,

the enemy solder has taken a burst of sub-machine gun fire at very close range..

it has riddled his arm through his neck , it appears it is possible that his head is no longer attached to his body and is merely resting sideways

Probably been posted 3 times over, but still my favorite gruesome demise cover. Interestingly enough, I learned awhile back that radium was used in all sorts of stuff in the 50's as sort of a cure-all/medicinal additive, etc. I think this cover was probably influenced by the hype!
