The Fear of Re-Submitting, real or not?
Well folks, the fear of a downgrade by resubmittal is real. As an avid DD collector, I have probably more DD WP SS issues than anyone. But with SS copies, especially signed by key artists or writers, the thought of investment potential also comes into play.
I have almost exclusively used previous CGC graded 9.8WP copies for any signing and resubmission. I presumed that a 9.8 issue sealed in evidentary plastic should remain a 9.8. I have rarely subm
