I have a few copies that I have been holding onto to sell closer to the movie. Might be better to sell them through Lonestar at the price this one ended at.

ive been averaging $23 for my Hawkeye 2 & 3 sets Similar here, but selling them individually $28 for #1 $16 for 2 $8 for 3 All sold out now - god I wish I had more!!! Yea I had to buy a 3rd printing of the first issue because of how in demand it has gotten. It is craziness. I did find a cover price copy of 3 on eBay a week ago though. I'm amazed people are buying it for 8. I was able to pull together a run of Hawkeye #1-4 1st prints from 2 LCSs that cleaned out non-paying files just prior to Xmas. They will be going up on eBay shortly.

I like these low/no feedback new bidders. Seriously, though, one promising trend I noticed at shows last year was 1) a large number of new and YOUNG comic buyers/readers (mostly due to DC New 52, and a lot of female collectors), AND, most importantly, 2) that pay the asking price and do not try to get a discount. We need more of these types of noobs!

Looks like I will have to snag a few more Avenging Spidey #15.1s on the way home from work today, as well as DD #21s..........the LCS I have my file at still had a pile of both on the rack. (thumbs u

Just checked, and Lonestar / mycomicshop.com is out of both #1 and #2 now as well.

Wow, currently there is only a single copy of #2 on Feebay. Might have to toss a copy or two up and see what happens.......

I hit it hard with issue #1 and slacked on #2. I believe I read somewhere that #2 had a 30% lower print run but do not quote me on that. #1 2nd print will be out next week. The reason I asked about #2 is that I saw fewer copies on the new issue shelves last week (or two weeks ago) when it came out at all of the LCSs I went to. A 30% decrease in orders would be significant - that would put it in the 8,000 copies range........

Hopefully Midtown still has all 20 of the #1 first prints in stock that I placed an order for early today.......

What is the print run on #2? It looks like copies are going as high as $7.99 on eBay now. It will be interesting to see how many people this title can attract. My main regret with this book..............I passed on the 4 copies of the #1 Bubble variant that one LCS had put on the shelf beside the regular cover for a whopping $2.99 apiece.

Looks like Nowhere Men is heating up for Image now too. I have enjoyed the first two issues so far and see a lot of possibilities for the title. #1 is now starting to sell for as high as $9.99 and the second issue was just released this week. Given the print run, it could run up fast: Comichron November 2012 sales figures 172 Nowhere Men 1 $2.99 Image 11,815 It is kind of neat to see how fast Saga has run up in sales numbers. At its current levels it blows away a long list of Marvel and DC mainstays. I guess this just goes to show that quality sells........

My mistake, those sets going for big $$$ have some/all of the variants in them. So, Revival 3, 4 and 5 are still on the shelves in 1st print and the TPB is already out for Xmas?

Is the complete Winter Soldier story worth buying, or just #14? I snagged that one at a LCS today, but they had the rest of the storyline as well. If cover price, why not. It is also a good read. Unfortunately, they are asking for above cover at $5 apiece. I snagged the #6 they had for $5.50, and will ask on boxing day if they have more copies in the back of #6 and #14. Are there any other books from that run that are worth snagging? 6 and 14 are the only ones worth giving $5 on. Talking Captain America Brubaker run, right? And not Winter Soldier? Yes. Are there any key books from the Winter Soldier series as well?

I did not have any nibbles on my Hawkeye #1 Spidey/Ock variant either. I guess the cover is not that popular with the fans?
