  1. Calling it now: in the trailer for Venom 3 we will see Eddie Brock sneaking into a hospital or some sort of evil lab and when confronted by heavy security he says "umm I am Doctor Michael Morbius... Just kidding, it's VENOM!"
  2. Bump with a small price drop for the entire lot - if it isn't sold today we will piece it out as individual books.
  3. Seems my friend is bored and wants to go car shopping. Price dropped to an even $5000 shipped (So basically $833 each, which now makes me want to consider buying em myself )
  4. Best part is that since this show is new it will be on the top of the bins, so we won't have to break our old backs digging through all the Eternals #1 and Spider-Man #101's that are now filling em in order to find a copy!
  5. Will keep these as a single lot for now, but if there is no interest in the bunch I'll try to convince him to split it up later - he's lazy and wanted to only deal with one trip to the post office
  6. Complete pictures here of each issue: Amazing Spider-Man #2 Amazing Spider-Man #3 Amazing Spider-Man #4 Amazing Spider-Man #9 Amazing Spider-Man #13 Amazing Spider-Man #15
  7. Listing the issues separately later in a new thread with more books. Stay tuned!
  8. Will be breaking up the lot this week for sale and list more Spidey books alongside.
  9. On the bright side, due to this cancellation we just got a new Bone comic from Jeff Smith.
  10. I've been tasked to sell some more Spider-Man books for a friend, and this books caught my eye. Does anyone else have a book signed by Spider-Man himself? That's right, this is even better than a Stan Lee sig (especially since he also drew a spider...original spider-man-spider-spider art sketch!)
  11. That is what I was thinking (well, technically I was pegging it at VG+ at best to be conservative).
  12. Having a little trouble pegging a grade for this one on account of the stain. No other major defects to note except for the obvious water stain that has left tide lines on the front cover (both outside and inside). Two small bindery tears at the bottom of the front cover.
  13. 100% cancelled now. Say goodbye to any hopes of dem' Bones. https://bleedingcool.com/tv/bone-netflix-confirms-jeff-smith-comic-series-adaptation-canceled/
  14. Finally watched it, enjoyed it for the most part but agree the first third of the movie was the strongest. Showing how criminals react to shadows and the signal was perhaps the standout moment, an idea so simple and tied to the character but something previous movies just seemed to mentioned in off hand comments about criminals fearing him. You love to see it in action. The aesthetic was great, but after an hour or so I felt it was 'too much sauce / of a good thing' and I found myself wishing for a blue sky or some other dash of color or proper lighting (especially in the hospital scenes with Alfred - we don't need hospitals lit like a damn run down asylum). The only immediate issue I found with it was that I felt it 100% could have done without any Joker references at the end - it's okay to let the audience get excited naturally for more, we don't need to be spoon-fed the next possible in universe development. Let the film marinate in our minds, letting imagination go wild with possibilities of future villains at this point.
  15. Episode 4 felt much better than 3, though the 'big shake up' they promise you can see coming a mile away (as it should be that obvious to anyone who read any of the comics) but unfortunately is done in a way that doesn't feel like it's a 'real' twist with any real weight (but still fun regardless, so at this point that's enough)
  16. This is far too vague. Stock will be 100% different depending on the year the original was printed, as well as other variables including gloss. If you are also trying to make it as accurate as possible then the printing method needs to be factored in - you should opt doing a proper offset print if possible as you can't simply use a digital print if accuracy is the goal of this reproduction (You can, but only if you are trying to fill in a hole that can trick a semi-blind person from a distance - or if this is just a casual fix for a book that is not valuable. If doing a Digital print you should take care to replicate any misalignments of the CMYK print so they are consistent)
  17. A few other studies also found benefits, such as this one exploring how playing Tetris after a traumatic event could alleviate the formation of intrusive thoughts and PTSD. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5678449/
