sacentaur Posted May 17, 2012 Share Posted May 17, 2012 My LCS got in a very solid raw VG Green Lantern #1 last week - dime sized dark stain on cover and some interior edge tanning, but a really nice looking book for the grade. sacentaur Posted May 17, 2012 Share Posted May 17, 2012 Thnx Joey - it presents very well, but it's the interior halo tanning that bothers me (one of my pet peeves, as you know). I know PQ quality is a concern on the Showcase issues (usually creme-to-off-white), so I wasn't sure if the same were true for GL1 or not. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
roulette44 Posted May 17, 2012 Share Posted May 17, 2012 I just bought a GL1 6.5 with white pages today!! i think PQ is tough with the DC 1950s keys (although GL1 is 1960....touche!) Not 100% sure, Steve, but if you look around, you should be able to find a copy you like (not a super rare book, especially in mid-grade!)
