Stoked to be putting this back into my collection my stress level is back to normal & all is well in the world. ( except for the other 40 books now waiting to be graded lol). Seriously about a year ago I traded a lot ( at the time maybe a little to much) to add this book to my secret stash. However, the trade was based on the grade being a 8.5 so I am very happy with the grade & the signature. I have a SS 6.0 verified signature and sketch from Eastman with an unverified Laird signature and sketch. LOVE the gold ink on yours. The concept plan calls for the historical marker to be incorporated into a custom-designed maintenance hole cover in front of the lot where Mirage Studios was founded on Union Street.
