I went to a shop once in Iowa that had their prices at "percentage of NM Overstreet" - it was weird but at least it was a thing. If the price was "40%" they'd have to look it up and get a calculator.

I think over the years I have seen 2 copies. It is really hard to find.

Which cover is the second print? The database I use shows a few variants but does not specifically state a second print. No rush just wondering if it's easily accessible for you.

A lot of the reprints and especially toy inserts seem to pass relatively unnoticed.

Most of the toy inserts were not, as they typically have the barcode on the toy/box .

This was one that I think they were doing a throwback to the newsstands.

It's a promo; a special edition reprint. Neither Direct nor Newsstand, regardless of any markings on the book.
