You guys and your fancy cabinets. My comics are all bagged and boarded and stored in my "long boxes". I use boxes that baby wipes come in :) they are just the right size for the comics width and you can hold about a hundred in there. Best of all, costs you nothing extra.

 

I have one diaper box and one laundry detergent box that both seem to work perfectly as well.

 

I hear tomato boxes work well, and some of the better stuff gets stored in them.

This may or may not be the best place to ask such a question but here it goes.

 

Is Action Comics #521, the debut of Vixen, one of those books that's increasing in value and popularity due to movie hype?

 

BIN prices are all over the place for raw copies on eBay but I don't know of any auctions. I honestly don't pay that much attention to movie hype, or current books. The only reason I ask about Action #521 is that I'm building an Action Comics run in 9.8 from this era and many of these books are lacking in terms of notable firsts or significance and are somewhat affordable, i.e. $30 to $60. I don't know if this means we'll see more than 6 9.8s in the census for Action #521, that sell for inflated prices or not.

VIxen is getting her own cartoon that will tie in with the Flash Arrow universe on CW.

It's also a good book. If I were you I would try to get that one out of the way before prices get much higher.

If you can find a 9.8 under $300 I would jump at it. I think mine is only around 9.2.
