...anyway, here's a scan of my new copy of BA 12

It's in a mylar and also a plastic bag as I dare not touch it again even for a scan

any marks are on the bags

what do you reckon?

I think this is going to be the Copper key in the future

low print, largely unknown until recently, massive momentum now...

hooray

How much you selling this cutie pie for?

I'm not yet

going to get it graded by YGC first

though I feel strangely flattered you called my book "cutie pie"

So.... how much would this go for raw if I sold it now on ebay?

I'm in UK, so grading is a hassle, but would it be worth it?

This thread is like a Football game. A stadium full of fans watching and enjoying the show. Players in the game making moves and scoring touchdowns. Some cheerleaders on the sidelines with pom poms. Then there's one guy yelling obscenities and throwing snowballs onto the field.

For those wondering if they should slab their own copy of BA 12... the answer is yes. With 9.4's fetching $500 right now, the odds are if you have a copy it is worth some good money and if you plan on selling it then by all means capitalize now while the market is bonkers on this book.

lol Yes that'll happen when the refs miss a bunch of blatant personal fouls. :baiting:

Yes beware, this seller has four books all being bid on by what appears to be the same bidder with 5 feedbacks.

Good catch. Your link was broken but I fixed it and re-posted it for you. You're right this guy is definitely shilling his own auctions with the a***c (5) "bidder" in all of them. His BA 12 auction is just one of them.

But oh darn, we can only post scores and highlights in this thread and not blown field goal attempts and fumbles. :tonofbricks:

Meanwhile Harley fandom is rampant. This little one is only 5.

lol

Awesome!

Considering the issues about shooting kids with fake guns, I find this a tad irresponsible . . . hm

Its a Halloween costume, come back in off that ledge.

Find these threatening? Perhaps you think Grand theft Auto and Call of Duty are better games for kids to play.

At this rate by the time she is old enough to buy a Batman Adventures #12 she will have to choose between that or a down payment on a house.

Not exactly. While cleaning out some of my old articles on antiques and collectibles I came across an idiotic article written by a speculator about the investment potential of Beanie Babies stating that by 2008 several would be selling for $5,000 or more. How did that turn out?
