Except it's far from frozen...it was 37 degrees here (98 Fahrenheit) without the humidity yesterday. It was gross.

What's the best burger joint and pizza place in Chicago? Mind you, I'm 6'8 315 so a dinky burger or pizza will not do..

For Pizza I'm a Ginos East Deep Dish guy--Not sure if there are any in the burbs but a few to choose from in the City

 

Burger--Hoffman Estates has a place called Lucky Monks ( a little bit of a drive from the con but mostly interstate)

I am a supporter of Lou Malnati's for your deep dish pizza. I used to have them shipped to me when I lived in NY.

I've had Gino's East and Lou M's but Giordanos is still my pizza joint of choice when in Chicago.

 

It's also only a few minutes walk from the convention centre.
