Today at San Diego Comic-Con, Chadwick Boseman (T’Challa a.k.a. Black Panther from Captain America: Civil War) unveiled a sneak peek of a bonus feature clip from the in-home release of Captain America: Civil War. This is the first piece of bonus material to ever be revealed from this year’s biggest blockbuster. Check it out below!

The clip is from the 60-minute, behind-the-scenes featurette titled “United We Stand, Divided We Fall – The Making of Captain America: Civil War Part 1 & 2.” It showcases how Marvel selected Black Panther and features interviews with all-star cast members who explain what it was like to welcome an all-new character to the MCU family.

Marvel’s Captain America: Civil War arrives on Digital HD, Digital 3D and Disney Movies Anywhere on Sept. 2 and on Blu-ray 3D, Blu-ray, DVD and On-Demand on Sept. 13.

Chris Evans' Steve Rogers Is Officially No Longer CAPTAIN AMERICA In The Marvel Cinematic Universe

Steve Rogers is Captain America no more. Though many assumed this would be the case after the character decided to leave his shield and costume behind following that brutal scrap with Tony Stark towards the end of Captain America: Civil War, the film's directors (well, one of 'em) have now made it official.

"I think him dropping that shield is him letting go of that identity," said Joe Russo when asked to clarify Rogers' position during an interview with The Huffington Post. "[it’s] him admitting that certainly the identity of Captain America was in conflict with the very personal choice that he was making."

It's always amazing how standard censorship techniques like inserting bleeps over vulgar language and blurring obscene imagery can be effectively funny when those same techniques are applied to innocuous dialogue and imagery, altering a scene to appear dirty and more fitting for an R-rated film.

Daily Asgardian News uses those same techniques, including a blur effect over the speaker's lip movements to further sell a faux obscenity, for its "Unnecessary Censorship" series. Their latest one uses footage from Marvel's Captain America: Civil War, and while it is hilarious throughout, the scene in which Ant-Man meets Captain America for the first time is especially funny because now a simple handshake appears pornographic.

Saw the movie last night for the first time, loved it.

What took you so long???

Jim

Couldn't find time to see it until now. :shy:

Just saw it over the weekend. Not as good as Avengers or Winter Soldier, but I did enjoy it quite a bit. The airport was great.

They nailed Spidey. My favorite part of the movie for sure.

There are decent updates coming in each week from international markets still showing this film. But even with that, it trails behind Iron Man 3 by $83.4 adjusted USD and behind Age of Ultron by $252.3MM adjusted USD.

Avengers 3 and 4 are probably going to be the behemoths that topple the Top 4 from the Marvel Studios list.
