I got these two back from CGC today. I had a hunch the sketch copy was a 9.9 candidate. 9.8 is no slouch, though. I didn't press either book.

 

Now the question is whether I part with them, wait until a possible movie bump, or hoard them like all my other books?

Argh! I hate when that happens. I rarely submit moderns for that reason. If it's not 9.8 it's . With a BA and older if I'm off my estimate by as much as a point I don't sweat it.

If anyone is interested, Wonderworld Comics exclusive store variant for Star Wars Vader Down in November. I like it. Got a couple copies. $20 a pop.

Hmm, I'm confused on the exclusivity of this cover, so take care if you're thinking of flipping them. Not sure if the art is exclusive, or if many stores can use it and put their name in. Still, cool cover if your favorite store ends up with one.
