I broke down and bought one earlier this week from Jesse James Comics on ebay (mentioned earlier in this thread). Only problem is, the auction said "will ship between july 29 thru august 5th" and I'll be danged if he ain't keeping to that. I bought mine on the 28th and it still hasn't shipped.

 

I can't say he didn't warn me, but the suspense is killing me.
