I dont know why the original post was closed but here it is again. Going to try listing it differently. This is for The Avengers 57 double cover. Its graded cgc 8.0 and is the only known double cover to exist. Asking $2,000 or best offer. No paypal. Cash, money order or western union only but meeting up in my area is preferred. Any questions please feel free to ask. Since i cant seem to upload the pic on here ill try to do so in the comments. Shipping will be 6.95 if needed to be shipped and priority mail but hoping to be in the chicagoland area. There are no returns. Price is negotiable.

A return policy must be stated with any time limits indicated. It is acceptable to say "No time limit" and/or "No returns" and/or have time limits that vary by reason for return e.g. "30 day return for any reason. No time limit returns for "not as described'". But time limits must be stated.

If posting a trading thread you must list a dollar value price for the book that you WILL accept in TRADE VALUE, and you MUST put "TRADE ONLY" in the title of your thread if you will not accept money.

Prompt responses must be made to buy requests made through the boards (posts or PMs).

Threads may be bumped three times total AND only ONE FULL DAY AFTER falling off of the front page. This does not include "sold" notices, or truly useful informational updates. Unless CGC keeps records of this, and he called them and asked, it is impossible to know that.

Well of course i called and asked them thats how i know. They said they dont keep records of double covers but the person i talked to on the phone said hes been there for years and none of them saw a double cover of avengers 57 before mine came in. He even knew my name when i brought it up so obviously it was a conversation piece for them over there when they got it

Please by all means, i beg u to do it. Most of u probably know a majority of each other on here so lets see u guys find another person with one. That's strange as the graders shouldn't know the name of the person who submitted the books.

Ok, I have to chime in on this one. I do happen to have a copy of Avengers #57 (raw) with a double wrap cover. I'm at work and will post pics of it later this evening. It's not a very attractive copy and I obtained it in a group of books I purchased off ebay. See my earlier post regarding the book. The copy I have is maybe a 3.5-4.0 outside cover and 5.0-6.5 interior cover. I intend to have it pressed and it will definitely need a cleaning before i sub it for grading.
