Great books! (worship) Are you on the registry with all of those??

Oh ya, who here goes for the 59-101 Hulk TTA's, over the full 27-101 Ant-man/Hulk/Subby set?

A raise of hands please... ;)

#59-101.. I;m kinda partial to the green Monster!!

Nice, very nice. Probably the most under rated series of books around.

TTA #59 came out at the same time as FF#30, X-men #7, Avengers #8, JIM #108, Strange Tales #124, Tales of Suspence #57. Placing it squarely in the early days of Marvel SA.

Brass: My TTA run from #59 down is actually coming along better than #60 and up. If you check my registry set I currently own the White Mountain copies of TTA # 40, 42, 43, 49, 53, 54, 58 and 59. I also have located the WM copy of TTA #35 and should be adding that to the collection in a couple of months.

Jim, thats seriously impressive! Well I hope you post a scan of the book in your thread when you get the #35, that will be a serious gem added to the collection of already great books.

There a great reading run on E-bay...71-101....

TTA 1-58 & 59-101 , I believe are under rated!

Very true, TTA is still seen as a second tier title, while it was innovative and forwarding reaching right from it's earliest days.

Ant-man is the the only character to ever breach the 'pre-hero', 'super hero age'gap. And then the title had two heavy weight hitter's through the early days of the SA, right through the '68 relaunch. What's not to appreciate, with all the great artist's and writer's right there (shrug)

And only various issues of the pre-hero TTA's get any attention, and the same for Strange Tales, and Tales of Suspense. But I can't see that changing significantly any time soon, no matter how many gems are tucked away in those runs.
