The star was nominated for Best Leading Actor for his role in The Power of the Dog, which just won Best Film at the ceremony. Cumberbatch lost to Will Smith (King Richard), but they'll be going up against each other again soon at the Academy Awards, which gave 12 nominations to The Power of the Dog. While on the red carpet, Cumberbatch revealed some surprising news about his highly-anticpated next film, Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. Despite the fact that the movie is less than two months from being released, the actor is still working on reshoots. theCapraAegagrus Posted April 6, 2022 Share Posted April 6, 2022 When did they change the runtime from 2 hrs 28 mins to 2 hrs 6 mins? That kind of change, along with the recent re-shoots, makes me more concerned than hyped. Not that you can't have a good/great movie that's only 2 hours long, but the scope of this idea felt to me like that 150 minutes would take care of everything.
