I think they're partial CGI -- Natalie is *NOT* a big person frame-wise and would be very hard-pressed to get that kind of muscle through training only.

Yeah, something is totally off about that photo/screen grab.  She doesn't look right.  Bad CGI?  Bad "Body Suit"?  I don't know, but my brain is telling me something is odd.
